Respond to quote and information requests
Manage the commercial relationship (proposals, installation, maintenance)

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Retention period

Unconverted quote requests: 12 months
Clients: duration of the commercial relationship + 10 years (accounting and warranty obligations)

6. Recipients

Your data is accessed only by CLIMEDGE. It is processed through the following sub-processors:

OVH SAS (France) — website hosting
Anthropic PBC (USA) — if you use our conversational assistant, your message is processed by the Claude API (no permanent storage)

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EU

The use of the Claude API (Anthropic, USA) involves an occasional data transfer to the United States, governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
